Success in the modern workplace is firmly grounded in having the ability to negotiate and achieve agreement with a wide variety of stakeholders.  This creates untold complexity.  The ability to see any given situation from many perspectives is a key skill identified in successful negotiations.  Taking into account age diversity, cultural diversity and diverse expectations is a latent skill that we can draw upon using the frameworks identified in this workshop.

This hands-on workshop introduces effective negotiation practices and tools that are focused on achieving win-win outcomes wherever possible.
